Once a contract is accepted, we strongly suggest to all of our clients to conduct a professional building inspection, this will point out any deficiencies on the structure. If any work is required, we would suggest local professionals to fix any problems. Our preferred Title agents will ensure a clear title is provided and prepare all documents for closing. Closing will be scheduled at the convenience of all parties involved.
